RED DEAD RP RULES
Rules are subject to change with the needs of the community, and announcements will be made in Discord to call out changes. It’s the responsibility of players to stay up to date on the rules.

Discord Rules
↠ Be Respectful
◇ This means no mean, rude, or harassing comments. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
↠ No Inappropriate Language
◇ Use of profanity should be kept to a reasonable minimum. Any derogatory language towards any user is prohibited. Swearing is permitted in casual channels only, while the official help and code channels should be kept free of any profane language.
↠ No Spamming
◇ Do not send a lot of small messages right after each other. These disrupt chat and make it hard to scroll through the server. 
↠ No Pornographic/Adult/Other NSFW Material
◇ The idea behind the server is to provide a safe place for us to share art, videos and other kinds of creative material – not to share the aforementioned NSFW material.
↠ No Advertisements
◇ No invasive advertising, whether it be for other communities or streams. 
◇ You can post your content in the media channel if it’s relevant and provides actual value for the community.
↠ No Offensive Names and Profile Pictures
◇ Keep your names and profile picture appropriate.
↠ Server Raiding
◇ Server raiding is against the Discord terms of service. Any attempt to circumvent or bypass them can result in a permanent ban.
↠ Threats Are Forbidden
◇ Threats are prohibited and disallowed.
↠ Follow the Discord Community Guidelines
◇ Respect the general Discord Community guidelines.
↠ Voice Channels
◇ Do not join voice chat channels without permission of the people already in there.
◇ If you see that they have a free spot it is alright to join and ask whether they have an open spot, but leave if your presence is not wanted by whoever was there first.
↠ Don’t Share Your Personal Information
◇ Do not share your personal information or the personal information of other users without their consent. This includes phone numbers, addresses, and any other sensitive information.
↠ Don’t Share Illegal or Pirated Content 
◇ Do not share links to illegal or pirated content, such as copyrighted material or 
stolen software. This is against the Discord terms of service and can result in a ban from the server.

↠ Avoid False or Misleading Information
◇ Make sure to fact-check any information that you share and only share reliable sources. 
◇ Spreading false or misleading information can be harmful and undermines the 
trust and integrity of the community.
↠ Follow The Channel-Specific Guidelines
◇ Each channel in your server should have specific guidelines for the type of content 
that is allowed. Make sure to follow these guidelines and respect the purpose of each channel.
↠ Hacks and Cheating
◇ No sharing or distributing hacks, cheats, or other unauthorized tools or services.
◇ Sharing or distributing hacks, cheats, or other unauthorized tools or services is strictly prohibited on the server.
↠ Viruses and Malicious Software
◇ No sharing or distributing viruses or malicious software.
◇ Sharing or distributing viruses or malicious software can harm the server and its members, and is therefore strictly prohibited.
↠ Distribution of Substances
◇ No sharing or distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on the server.
↠ Counterfeit and Fraudulent Items
◇ No sharing or distributing counterfeit or fraudulent items.
◇ Sharing or distributing counterfeit or fraudulent items, such as fake IDs or fraudulent financial documents are strictly prohibited on the server.
↠ Financial and Banking
◇ No sharing or distributing stolen financial or banking information.
◇ Distributing stolen financial or banking information, such as credit card numbers or bank account information is strictly prohibited.
↠ Keys and Serial Numbers
◇ No sharing or distributing unauthorized keys or serial numbers for software or games.
◇ It is strictly prohibited to share or distribute keys or serial numbers for software or games that have been obtained illegally.
↠ Respect Others’ Privacy
◇ Do not invade the privacy of other users by asking for or sharing their personal information, such as real names, addresses, or social media accounts without their consent.
↠ Impersonation
◇ Do not impersonate other users, staff members, or any other individuals or organizations.
◇ This includes using similar usernames, profile pictures or display names.
↠ No Excessive Self-Promotion
◇ Share your work in moderation and only in designated channels.
↠ Politics
◇ Keep political and religious discussions civil and respectful and avoid them altogether if they are not relevant to the server’s purpose.
◈ Do not intentionally disrupt conversations or create a hostile environment for other users
This includes trolling, flaming, or excessive arguing.
↠ No Public Shaming or Call-Outs
◇ If you have an issue with another user or their behavior, address it privately or 
report it to a staff member. Do not publicly shame or call out other users in the server.
↠ Do Not Abuse Server Bots
◇ Only use server bots for their intended purposes and do not spam or misuse their commands.
↠ Keep Discussions Relevant To The Server’s Topic
◇ Stay on topic and ensure that your discussions are relevant to the server’s purpose or the specific channel you are in.
◈ Do not excessively use caps or emojis in your messages.
◈ This can be disruptive and make the chat difficult to follow.
↠ No Sharing or Promoting Illegal Activities
◇ Do not share or promote any illegal activities, such as hacking, phishing, or drug use.
↠ No Self-destructive Behavior or Encouragement of Self-Harm
◇ Do not encourage, glorify, or engage in self-destructive behavior or self-harm. This includes sharing graphic content related to self-harm or discussing personal experiences in a way that may trigger others.
↠ Do not share graphic or disturbing content
◇ Such as gore, violence, or explicit sexual content.
↠ Drugs, Alcohol and Substances
◇ No promoting or discussing drugs, alcohol, or other substances. Avoid discussing or promoting the use of drugs, alcohol, or other substances that may be harmful or illegal.
↠ No Soliciting
◇ Do not solicit or beg for money, items, or services from other users.
↠ No Blackmail, Threats, or Harassment
◇ Do not engage in blackmail, threats, or harassment of any kind, whether in public or private messages.
↠ Private Messages
◇ No sharing of personal or private messages without consent. Do not share the contents of personal or private messages with others without the consent of all involved parties.
↠ Voice Changers
◇ No excessive use of voice changer software.
◇ If using voice changer software, do so in moderation and avoid excessive or disruptive use in voice channels.
↠ No Recruiting For Other Servers or Communities
◇ Do not recruit or promote other servers or communities in this server without prior approval from the server staff.
↠ Evading Bans or Mutes
◇ If you have been banned or muted, do not attempt to evade the punishment by creating alternate accounts or otherwise circumventing the restrictions.
↠ Content Age-Appropriate Content
◇ Ensure that all content you share is age-appropriate.

The Admins and Moderators will Mute/Kick/Ban per discretion. If you feel mistreated, DM an Admin and we will resolve the issue.

Community Rules
↠ No win-only mentalities. Counter play is necessary to successful roleplay.

↠ Role Play Before Bloodshed: No Random Death Matching (RDM) or Kill on Sight (KOS). All conflict must be initiated verbally or with an abundance of story lead-up within close proximity of the conflict. The target of conflict attack must be able to recognize they’re being threatened with harm, why and by whom before they’re injured.

↠ Metagaming is prohibited.
◇ You are not your character; do not act on or disclose information your character didn’t gain on-server.

↠ Power gaming is prohibited.
◇ Roleplay that does not give other players the opportunity to roleplay their character’s own actions is considered power gaming (e.g., using the /me command to force an outcome: /me knocks them out with the butt of a gun instead of /me hits your temple with the butt of a gun).

↠ Stream sniping is prohibited.
◇ Presence in a streamer’s chat while on the server will be assumed as evidence of stream sniping if there is a complaint submitted.
◈ RP that violates the Twitch Terms of Service (ToS) and Twitch Community Guidelines are prohibited.
◈ Players and their characters must be 18 years or older.
◈ Players must have English fluency enough to easily understand and be understood.
◈ You must have your Steam account linked to your Discord, in the event that admins need to find you on the allowlist. You should still have your character names as part of your name.
◇ In the event that you don’t feel comfortable showing your steam account then please make sure your name is your steam name on your application.
◈ Admin actions via Discord must be given priority.
◇ If an admin contacts you to discuss a timeout, the ban will not be lifted (regardless of its initial duration) until you have spoken to the admin. If an admin contacts you to discuss a rule break and you do not acknowledge the message with a response, you may be timed out until you do so.
◈ Be respectful of other players in the community; personal insults or attacks outside of roleplay are strictly prohibited.
◇ Speaking poorly of others on stream, in chats or elsewhere will not be tolerated. If you have a concern that someone broke a community or on-server rule, submit a report.
◇ Any player caught harassing or bullying another player on the server, or outside of the server but in relation to their presence on the server, will be permanently removed and barred from the current and any future allowlist.

↠ Voice Communication
◇ Players must have a good quality and functioning microphone and headset for Raccoon Hollow.
◇ Players who are mute may use or /me tools for roleplay (See also Getting Started).
◇ You must not use external communication to communicate with other players while on the server.
◇ Any music played on the server must be DMCA compliant.
◈ Make use of the appropriate tools and #channels to report issues or request support.
If you need to DM another community member for any reason, you should ask and receive permission first in a public channel.

↠ Glitching/Exploiting is prohibited.
◇ Use of game mechanics (intended or otherwise) to gain an unfair advantage is considered exploiting (e.g., using known bugs or using game features in inappropriate and unintended ways).
◇ Logging out during conflict (“combat-logging”) is prohibited.
◈ Players must be in character at all times on-server. This includes communication and actions.
IC conflict is to be resolved IC. If rule-related concerns arise, players are expected to remain IC to the conclusion of the scene, and file a player report.

◈ Content Restrictions:
Extreme Violence: OOC consent must be obtained through Discord between all parties before torture/mutilation RP. Descriptions (verbal or /me) cannot be overly descriptive or gruesome. A ticket must be raised with staff to receive final permissions.
◇ Hanging and scalping are not allowed.

Prohibited Topics: Roleplay and references to the following topics, both verbal and written, are absolutely not permitted by Raccoon Hollow or allowed on any of its servers, Discord, or other hosted services and may result in a permanent community ban:
◇ Racism or Sexism
◇ Suicide or self-harm
◇ Children/Pregnancy roleplay
◇ Erotic Role Play (ERP), especially anything actually or inferred to be non-consensual
◇ Slavery roleplay
◇ No hate speech, slurs, or portrayals of hate crimes

Discord Rules:
◈ You must follow Discord’s ToS
◈ Advertising of any sort will not be tolerated unless given explicit permission from an admin.
◈ Do not spam the bot. He has feelings too, ya know.
◈ Offensive/NSFW names and avatars are not allowed and will result in a warning.
Staff have the final say in what is allowed. They have the right to remove posts as they see fit.

Server Rules
↠ Server Lore
Raccoon Hollow is based in 1899 on a Western Styled America. Home to many different races and cultures. The community of Raccoon Hollow does not include factually correct stories and such references be kept to a minimum.

↠ Server Restart
◈ The server restarts every 6 hours and you will be notified when there is 30/15/10/5 minutes left before restart. 
◈ 00:00 / 06:00 / 12:00 / 18:00 PST
◇ No criminal activities should be initiated upon the 15 minute restart warning. 
◇ No criminal activities should be started past the 15 minute restart warning.
◇ You must stay in character until the server restarts.

↠ You must value your life, freedom, and the lives of others (including NPCs) by taking risks appropriate for your character and role playing authentic consequences. This ain’t your average NVL rule folks! Taking a high risk action must result in reciprocally high consequences should you fail.

↠ PVP Conflict: 2 to 1 advantage, maximum. 
◇ The initiating party in player vs player conflict may not outnumber the targeted characters by more than 2 to 1.
◇ This also applies to parties initiating into a scene that’s already in progress.
◇ Law groups are permitted +1

↠ Super Group and Super Character Restrictions:

Groups, Families or Enterprises (civilian or criminal) are limited to 10 people max.
◇ Groups with 6-10 consistent collaborators are a super group and must open a super group channel in Raccoon Hollow discord.
◇ Groups with fewer than 6 are encouraged to open a supergroup channel and in Raccoon Hollow discord , and those which are conflict heavy may be required to on CM request.
◇ Serial Killers (murderers who have committed 3+ murders) are “Super Characters.” Players must apply to play serial killer characters via Raccoon Hollow discord.
◈ Your character can only be apart of ONE group/family/gang.
◈ Character conduct and server aesthetic is Lore Friendly and Authentic.
◇ Our expectation is that at all times, players are mindful of game and community rules, the lore and setting in which their character exists (RDR2 in 1895), and their impact on the RP happening around them.

↠ Players must play original characters.
◇ Players may not play a character affiliated with an RDR2 organization, location, or character with the intention of receiving an in-game benefit (e.g., playing a character with the last name Braithwaite does not entitle the character to Braithwaite manor without purchase).
◇ Players may not play active members of the military. Veterans are acceptable.
◇ Characters who were played on other servers are blank slates.
◇ See also Rule Set: Special Characters.

↠ /me and Scenes must be used to facilitate and enable Role Play.
◇ When committing a crime, where there are no witnesses or no witnesses left alive (e.g., NPCs or the victim has chosen to perma), scenes must be placed as evidence to allow counterplay.
◇ Emojis or smiley faces, etc., in place of descriptive sentences are not acceptable in /me (e.g., ‘/me winks’ is correct. ‘/me ;)’ is not).
◈ Hostage taking as a method of manipulating Law Characters to release a prisoner is not allowed.

↠ Permanent death isn’t required for any reason and is the sole decision of the character’s player.
◇ See also Rule Set: Losing Consciousness and Incapacitation.

↠ Diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions is prohibited.
◇ Limited exceptions apply to characters specifically licensed, trained, and approved by the Chief of Medicine.
◇ Inquiries regarding medical licensing and training can be directed to the Chief of Medicine via telegram (first step on your journey will be to discover contact information IC on server).

↠ Greenzones
◈ Menus (i.e. crafting, clothing, banks etc)
◈ Mining Areas
◈ Flatneck Market
◇ These areas are not to be camped.

↠ ERP Guidelines
◈ Kissing and Sit Couple are allowed in public.
◇ All other actions are to be in private.
◇ Every action must be consenting (hence the need to accept).
◈ It is important your medal is running at all times, in case of any abuse or accusations are committed on another.
◈ Mis-use or abuse of this script will lead to warning and potential bans from the community.

↠ Lassos/Hogties
◈ Breaking out of a lasso or hogtie is considered FailRP and is a punishable offense.
◇ You cannot break out of a lasso or hogtie unless you are left unattended (or) for an extended amount of time (i.e. 5-10 minutes).
◇ You can break out of a hogtie if the scenario is RP’d by another party (i.e. /me loosens ropes).
◇ You can however use your knife if the option is available to cut yourself out of bola/lasso, when it is realistic (i.e. you’re being dragged, you shouldn’t risk cutting yourself out unless you’re still).

↠ Police and Doctor Interactions
◈ Doctors cannot revive anyone during an active scene. 
◈ You cannot kidnap, rob, kill or dump an on-duty doctor (see Government Protection section).
◈ Lawmen must always provide interaction/initiation during any scenes, they cannot immediately barge in, immediately hogtie you and take any of your possessions. A proper scene and detainment must occur.
◈ You cannot dump police, if you kill any lawmen please leave them there, if you manage to win the scene, another crew or others may need that lawmen.
◇ If you are attempting to break your friend out of police custody, be prepared with your original crew (no new added people) for some type of negotiations, otherwise the only option may be a shootout (if this is the case, the PVP Conflict 2-1 is void). This does not mean other lawmen not previously involved cannot defend their station. 
◇ You cannot run away while in cuffs, when you are being sent to Prison it will involve you losing your weapons and illegal items. If you are sentenced by court, the ruling applies (i.e. hangings, electric chair)

↠ Memory & Amnesia (edited)
◇ When you die, whether killed by a person or incident, you can remember everything leading up to your death besides the last 5 minutes and those who are involved. 
◇ In order to remember any additional information, someone must inform you of what happened.
◈ In a scenario when someone kills you, someone can inform you who kills you, but you cannot seek out revenge by yourself. The person who informs you must tag along. This is to avoid any FailRP accusations.

↠ Downed Players
◈ Any players downed in a scene cannot be revived during the active scene or choose to revive themself. 
◈ Any bodies dead cannot be moved once a doctor has been alerted for medical. 
◈ During a Law vs Crim scene, all members downed during the scene cannot be revived until the scene is finished. If law wins, members can be gathered around and be prepared for doctors en-route.
◈ During a Law vs Crim scene, if criminals win they may gather the bodies to escape their friends custody ONCE all lawmen are down and no back up has shown on scene. This is the only time bodies are allowed to be moved.
◈ Lawmen or criminals cannot be revived during an active scene. Any lawmen revived at the end of a scene while others remain standing must leave the scene with no interaction (cooldown of 30 minutes) unless they are asked to transport a body to the jail house. There are no reports, arrests, detainments etc to be made within the scene they were “killed” at.
◇ When you are downed and revived, you are no longer apart of the scene, this does not include if you were caught by lawmen during criminal activities.
◇ When you are downed and revived, you must wait 30 minutes to interact back with anyone involved in the scene you died at.

↠ Baiting (edited)
◈ You cannot use any alerts to bait people to your locations (i.e. /alertdoctor, /alertpolice, /alerttrain etc).
◈ Alerting police should only be done to notify police of an active/potential crime or for a medical transport which law has announced they are willing to do, to help the community when no doctors are available.
◈ Alerting doctors should only be used for revives and RP medical emergencies. 
◇ You cannot bait others into breaking rules to get them into trouble (killing someone, de-heading them and getting them to speak while dead).

↠ Cooldowns
◈ When two parties end combat, all parties involved must take a 30 minute cooldown before returning to combat RP.
◇ You must wait at least 30 minutes before your group attempts a second robbery of any General Store, Fort, Bank or Train Robbery. This is from the moment all interactions are completed for both sides to have a break and for law due to multiple robberies one after another.
◇ You may not kidnap the same person more than once in an hour.

↠ Government Protection (Medical)
◈ Government protection is a privilege that only people apart of the medical team.
◇ Government protection is used for doctors on-duty to prevent them from being kidnapped or robbed while doing their job (no doctors = no medical help).
◇ This means doctors are not to be wearing their on-duty uniforms when off-duty to avoid being kidnapped or robbed. This is seen as government corruption.

↠ Government Corruption
◈ In no circumstance is government corruption allowed.
◇ Government corruption will result in different consequences depending on the severity of the situation.
◈ Government corruption can or will result in a permanent ban. 
◈ Government corruption within county characters or outside of county staff members is against the rules.
◇ Government protection abuse (doctors) is considered government corruption.
◇ Whitelisted jobs such as medical and law can be a part of family/groups. This does not mean they can participate in any illegal or criminal activities.
◇ Any members a part of these whitelisted jobs caught engaging in criminal activities will be immediately terminated from their position.

Realtor Information
↠ Ranches
◈ YOU MUST BE WHITELISTED TO OWN A RANCH.
◈ You must own an appropriate property to purchase a ranch, or get the approval of another homeowner to purchase a ranch on their property (open a ticket).
◇ A ranch costs $5,000 can be purchased through a realtor. Open a ticket to purchase one.
◇ Taxes are $0. Unless ranches are turned into businesses, such as storefronts there are no taxes. With the purchase of a storefront to sell goods comes taxes.
◇ Taxes are due on the 15th, failure to pay taxes results in losing your storefront.
◈ You can only own or be ranch hands on one ranch.

↠ Housing
◈ YOU MUST BE WHITELISTED TO OWN A HOUSE.
◇ Housing can be purchased directly through in county (see map for listed houses available).
◇ Housing can also be inquired through the discord via a ticket.
◇ Large properties valued over $50,000 must be inquired via a ticket and it will be dealt through staff instead of a realtor.
◈ House taxes are 10% of the cost of the property, excluding Saint Denis. 
◇ Taxes are due by the 15th, failure to pay taxes results in losing your house. Make sure to fill your ledgers!
◈ Taxing in Saint Denis varies on the property, this does not include housing such as:
         ☆ No Door House
         ☆ Small TP Housing
         ☆ Tent Housing

↠ Storefronts:
◈ YOU MUST BE WHITELISTED TO OWN A STOREFRONT OR BUSINESS.
◇ Storefronts currently can be purchased through a ticket. While the population is low, they will not be available.
◈ Storefronts can sell anything they wish, whether it is crafted, foraged or re-sold for someone to purchase.
◇ Taxes are $100 a month due by the (15th). Failure to pay taxes results in immediate revocation of your storefront.
◇ Storefronts can be used to sell player-attainable goods from ranches.
◇ Storefronts are used the same way as player-owned businesses.
◇ Any business or storefronts are forbidden from selling illegal items, they will be monitored by law in-character with the potential to lose their business.
◇ Any business has the potential to lose their business if they are caught committing severe crimes (to be updated with penal codes in the future).
◈ To purchase a player owned business, you must be whitelisted and apply in the discord through the applications channel.
◈ Official businesses are opened in every town when a new town opens (beginning of the counties life).
◇ If you are looking to open/create a new business that does not exist, open a ticket with your idea and we will let you know what we think. Otherwise, use the application channel to apply for a business.

Robbery & Criminal Guidelines
Interaction Reminder: PVP Conflict: 2 to 1 advantage, maximum.
↠ No criminal interactions can be committed 15 minutes before storm, this includes robbing and killing.

↠ General Robbery Guidelines
◈ Law are permitted +1
◈ All interactions amongst one another, crim v crim, crim v law requires initiation and interactions.
◇ There are no rules against changing your characters clothing after a robbery, but you cannot change any facial, body or hair features to make yourself seem a completely different person.
◇ You cannot chain rob different locations.
◇ Once a robbery has begun, no outside members can join in to help. This means if you start a robbery with three people and one more person of your group/family tries to join whether or not law has responded to the scene, they cannot join. This includes any future scenes relating to the initial scene (i.e. one of your members is taken into custody and your group wants to break him out).
◇ You are allowed a maximum of one (1) outside shooter. 
◈ In order for any demands to be made, you must have at least one (1) hostage in order to negotiate any terms.
◈ You cannot use a friend or family/group member as a hostage. This is considered exploiting and not fearing for your life. You may not kidnap the same person more than once in an hour.

↠ Player Counts
◈ General store robberies have a maximum of 4 players. Law are permitted +1 (this means law can have 5 people).
◇ Bank robberies have a maximum of 5 players. Law are permitted +1 (this means law can have 6 people).
◈ Fort robberies have a maximum of 5 players. Law are permitted +1 (this means law can have 6 people).

↠ Train Robberies
◈ Train robberies have a maximum of 5 players. 
◈ Law are permitted +1 (this means law can have 6 people)..
◇ Law must announce themselves but must wait until all NPCs are killed to approach the scene. If you see lawmen following the train, do NOT interact with them, wait until they approach.
◇ Train robberies are not a KOS sight, which means there needs to be a proper interaction before a shootout begins.

↠ Robbing/Killing
◈ Robbing a player has a maximum of 3 players. 
◈ Law are permitted +1 (this means law can have 4 people).
◇ You cannot rob and kill a player.
◇ You can only take three (3) items off of a player. This includes money.
◇ Only one person can rob someone. Two players cannot rob one person together to hold more items.
◈ A minimum of 30 seconds of interaction + initiation is required, this is for roleplay to develop and for each side to collect themselves to ensure a proper scene is enacted.
◈ If you commit physical or hostile acts against those who robbed you, you forfeit your right to not be killed after being robbed.

↠ Hideout & Camp Rules
◈ YOU MUST BE WHITELISTED TO OWN A HIDEOUT OR CAMP.
◈ You do not need to purchase a house in order to own a hideout or camp.
◈ A hideout costs $15,000 and you must submit a ticket to purchase one. 
◈ Hideouts can be raided by fellow citizens or lawmen when more than 1 keyholder is active in county. 
◈ A camp costs $10,000 and you must submit a ticket to purchase one. 
◈ Taxes are $2500 a month due on the (15th). Failure to pay taxes results in immediate revocation of your camp.
◈ Camps can be raided by fellow citizen when more than 1 member is active in county.
◇ Hideout and camp raids are considered pre-initiated.
◇ This means if your hideout is being raided, you do not require initiation. All parties must be made aware shots can be fired from either side at any moment.
◇ If your camp is being raided, all players must be within 100 meters of the camp (if the white circle is visible on the map, you are within the area).
◇ Hideouts and camps must be placed in locations that are realistic, you cannot use a rock as your entrance to your hideout.
◇ Camps and hideouts cannot be placed within town limits. The only town(s) hideouts acceptable to be placed is Saint Denis due to the multitude of doors.
◇ Furniture items are not allowed to build a defense, they are strictly for decoration purposes only.
◇ If your hideout is being raided, a maximum of 5v5 players are allowed. If your camp is being raided, all members are allowed to defend it. Members not a part of your hideout or camp should be defending it.

↠ Hideouts [Wagon Missions]
◈ Wagon missions can be completed by keyholders at any time.
◈ Wagon missions are considered a redzone with limitations.
◈ A maximum of 5 members are allowed to participate in a wagon mission.
◇ All scenes require law to announce themselves upon arrival.
◈ To avoid RDM claims whether or not the sight is KOS, scenes can roll out multiple ways.
         ➀ Bolas & Lassos:
◇ A scene that revolves with bolas and lassos do not require any type of initiation.
◇ This is so a non-lethal scene can unfold where identities can potentially be kept for future law interactions (i.e. reports, investigations etc).
◇ You can cut yourself out of the bolas, but it does not mean you will be free. If you are bola’d and put into a lasso, you cannot break out. 
         ➁ Gun Fight:
◇ A scene that revolves around gunfire requires initiation.
◇ An initial shot must be fired into the air to announce all parties shooting will begin.
◇ 1 marksmen (sniper) are allowed to shoot once the first shots have been fired, on both sides. Be prepared and keep your eyes peeled. All other members must participate in close-range gunfire.
         ➂ Hide-it-Out:
◇ A scene that revolves with no initiation, where you are hidden. This includes bushes and hiding behind trees.
◇  If a lawmen does happen to find you, a scene that involves gunfire requires some type of initiation that harm will be inflicted.
◇  If a lawmen does happen to find you, a scene that involves bolas/lassos does not require initiation (This ties into further investigation for the lawmen).
◈ REMINDER: Just because YOU choose a scene one way, does not mean it will result in that way. These are options for initiation that can always change when law becomes involved. The usual lethals VS non-lethals scenarios.
